Simple Steps
Ask yourself this question:
What is one thing that I don’t do right now, that if I did every day, would greatly improve my life?
Now, do it!
It’s that simple. I’m fairly confident you already know what it is you need to do, you just for whatever reason have not been doing it. So now’s your chance.
I’ll share mine. Get more sleep!
Some answers that I have heard from coaching clients and friends:
- Write something
- Stop smoking
- Exercise
- Read with my child
- Meditate
- Look for another job
- Pack my lunch
- Call one sales/client lead
- Limit TV
- Eat less sugar, chips, etc.
- Walk my dogs
- Tackle one chore on my list
- Take a walk at lunch, after work, after dinner.
Whatever you choose, do it today!
